A Little About AKASHA
This event is brought to you by a group of people who all share the same vision that is to create an amazing festival.
This vision is about music, dance, creativity, imagination, the environment and having fun! Let's celebrate life.
With this focus in mind, we want to generate a comfortable community setting to celebrate dance culture. We are bringing together artists, musicians, performers and creators with fresh ideas and talents to exhibit.
Time is art. The people behind the scenes have dedicated a huge amount of time to this project and will be continuing to give their lives to making a special event.The crew is made up of artists, performers, musicians, promoters, creators, environmental workers and healers who have joined together to generate a magical energy for everyone to be a part of. One of our directing members organised the event Arcadia, and the amazing energy that was put into that event will be continuing with Akasha festival.
Akasha will be making a huge effort to set up an environmentally friendly space, by displaying alternative power and practising good waste management. We will be using solar power, wind turbines and bio-diesel generators to power the event. We will do our very best to create a party with minimal impact to the earth.
The energy that will flow through Akasha will be a magic that must be experienced.
